We We have officially opened the Farm Stand at Gendron's catering located right next to IXL Fitness on route 9G in the town of Rhinebeck!  The stand is actually on middle Road around the back side of Gendron's catering. Chef Daniel will aslo be preparing all sorts of tasty treats! Come by and check us out!

We use no toxic chemicals for bug and disease control. We use only certifed organic disease control methods. Although we are not currently certified organic, we believe in these practices and are working toward becoming a Certified Organic production facility. The photo on the right is of my daughter, Emma, holding up one of our delicious tomatoes!

We are pleased to announce our CSA shares will be available for pick-up at Gendron's Catering located at 3767 Route 9G in Rhinebeck, NY right next to IXL Fitness. Chef Daniel is cooking up all kinds of Fresh Organic Foods. Chef Daniel has worked in many famous New York restaraunts and is a 1981 Culinary Institue graduate as well as a American Culinary Federation Board Certified Executive Chef.
